Refund policy

If you wish to return an item, please email info@midcenturymodernfurniture.co.uk with the reason for your return and additional images if necessary.

If you would like to return your purchased goods, we are happy to arrange a refund or an exchange, provided that the items were not pre-ordered or customised and that we are notified of your wishes within 1 day of receipt of delivery.

We will refund the sum paid for the goods, excluding a 20% restocking fee and any original and return delivery charges, within 30 days of your cancellation.

The original packaging must be unopened and undamaged in a resalable condition. If you fail to meet this condition we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct a charge of no more than 30% of the price of the goods from your refund, as we will not be able to sell those goods on at full price.
