Returns

If you wish to return an item, please email info@midcenturymodernfurniture.co.uk with the reason for your return and additional images if necessary.

If you would like to return your purchased goods, we are happy to arrange a refund or an exchange, provided that the items were not pre-ordered or customised and that we are notified of your wishes within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

We will refund the sum paid for the goods, excluding a 20% restocking fee and any original and return delivery charges, within 30 days of your cancellation.

The original packaging must be unopened and undamaged in a resalable condition. If you fail to meet this condition we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct a charge of no more than 30% of the price of the goods from your refund, as we will not be able to sell those goods on at full price.

Damaged or missing items

Damaged or missing parts must be notified to us within 2 days of receipt by email. All original packaging must be kept for inspection. We will respond and advise on the course of action to be taken.
