How are your prices so low?

We have invested heavily in an infrastructure that is well automated and commercially driven. We have our own warehouses and produce all the products ourselves, cutting out the middlemen, which allows us to pass on much lower prices. We never compromise on quality — the result is a business sustained on volume and repeat business.

How long will I have to wait to receive my order?

Since our products are made to order, your order will normally arrive within 3–8 weeks, but it can take between 10–12 weeks in some cases. Your items need to be specially produced for you, which is why you may need to wait a little longer — the quality is worth it.

Do you deliver to Europe?

Yes, we deliver to all European countries free of charge. Your order will normally arrive within 3–8 weeks. A full tracking number is provided so you can follow its progress in real time.

Do you have a showroom?

We don't have a showroom — we are 100% an e-commerce business. This is also why we are able to keep our prices down, focusing on great quality and finishes.

Can you send colour & material samples?

Yes, please contact us at info@midcenturymodernfurniture.co.uk and we will arrange samples for you.

What is the quality of your products like?

We take great pride in our products, which are all made to a high standard and manufactured to meet European safety requirements. We also take great care in packaging our products to ensure they are not damaged during transit. We aim to bring you the same quality you would find if you bought an original.

How are my items delivered?

We use a range of courier partners including DHL, FedEx and DPD. Delivery takes place within 3–8 weeks, and sometimes 10–12 weeks. Large items may be sent by pallet.

Can I collect my order?

At the moment collection is not possible. We deliver to any address in the UK and Europe, straight to your doorstep.

Are your products originals?

No. Our products are reproductions of the original designs. We are not the licensed manufacturers of these products, but instead offer affordable, extremely high quality reproductions of classic furniture pieces.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), Bank Transfer, and PayPal (PayPal payments are subject to a 2% handling fee).

Will I be supplied with a VAT invoice?

Yes. You will receive a VAT invoice by email after placing your order, and again when your order is delivered.

Do the items come with a warranty?

All products have a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. We also offer extended warranty options — contact us for a quote. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from abnormal use or abuse, or unmodified products.

Where are your products manufactured?

We source materials from suppliers across the globe, allowing us to deliver the very best quality products at our comparatively low prices. Our products are assembled in our factories.
