Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders to the UK and across Europe. The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden charges.

Who do we use for delivery?

We use three trusted courier companies to handle your orders: DHL, FedEx and DPD, each selected depending on the final destination, postcode and weight. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order in real time.

Delivery timescales

Since our products are made to order, delivery typically takes 3–8 weeks. In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 10–12 weeks. All lead times are approximations and are subject to change.

UK Delivery

All orders to mainland UK are delivered free of charge. We use specialist furniture couriers to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, fully packaged and protected.

European Delivery

We deliver free of charge to all major European countries including Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Austria and Switzerland.

Damaged Items

Damaged or missing parts must be notified to us within 2 days of receipt by email to info@midcenturymodernfurniture.co.uk. All original packaging must be kept for inspection. We will respond promptly and advise on the course of action to be taken at no cost to you.

Returns and Refunds

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery, providing the goods are in a fully saleable condition and still in their original packaging. Cancellation of Made-to-Order Products

Should you wish to cancel a made-to-order product, a cancellation fee of 30% of the full selling price will apply. Made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Packaging

Every piece is double-boxed and wrapped in protective foam to ensure it arrives in showroom condition. Disposal of packaging materials is the buyer's responsibility.
